Holiday Hours

Merry Christmas everyone!! I am taking a few extra days off next week (I'm sure I will need some extra time to help my kids figure out how to "work" their Christmas presents), so I just wanted to post our holiday hours. We are not open on Monday the 26th. The office will be open regular hours Tuesday-Friday, but I will only be in the office doing procedures on Tuesday (27th) and Friday (30th). Don't forget that the current $50 Botox Rebate ends on Friday the 30th. We will be open on Jan 2nd and ready to start another busy year.

Food Drive in November

Saturdays are Back!

Now that summer is over, it's time for me to start coming into the office one Saturday each month to do procedures for those of you who can't make it in during the work week. I will be in the office next Saturday the 24th.

Service Project in Ecuador

As many of you know, I was "on vacation" last week. Actually, I was in Quito Ecuador with my 17 year old daughter working on a service project. It was a great experience for both of us. We painted murals to help beautify a school for indigenous children whose mothers work in the nearby outdoor market. This facility works to keep these kids off the streets and all the children were really sweet. I am not an artist, but my daughter is very creative and so this project was perfect for her. My job was to paint within the lines she drew. I posted some before and after pictures of our work at the bottom of the the blog.

Congratulations to Linzie and her husband Neil on their new baby Wesley. We are hoping that since Wesley came early, Linzie can come back from maternity leave early :)

8-16 Weeks to See Best Latisse Results

I'm headed up to Portland later today to give a presentation on Latisse for Allergan. One of the major points of the presentation is that best results are really seen between weeks 8-16. So if you aren't seeing the results you expected (longer, thicker, darker eyelashes), but have used it for less than two months, keep applying it. Results are coming!

Xen-Tan Madness

The response to my KSL Studio 5 segment about Sun protection last week has been great. We have had a difficult time keep Xen-Tan self-tanning products in stock since then, but received two more shipments this week, and the shelves are full again. Remember to stay away from tanning beds, use sunscreen all summer, and use a good self-tanner if you want a nice tan.

One More Saturday

This Saturday the 14th is the last chance to come in on a weekend for Botox and other procedures until September. Summer - especially summer weekends - is just too busy for most of us. Our monthly Saturday has been very popular, so we do plan on resuming in the fall.

Don't Forget the Sunscreen

May is National Melanoma Awareness Month. So this is a good time to remind everyone to use lots of sunscreen, and reapply often if you are going to be outside for more than a few hours. Spring Break

Dr. Jepson will be out of town all of next week for Spring Break with his family.
